Open Lexa drafts, choose an existing test and select questions. Review the maximum credit quote, then save a job. Each chunk reserves credits before generating and saves its draft independently. Review correctness before approving; correct answers are preserved. Completed work survives refresh and insufficient credits. If a provider response is uncertain, ask the platform operator to reconcile it instead of starting a duplicate. Owners control staff allowances. Paid generation may remain disabled while setup is incomplete.

Link to this answerOpen Products → Courses and create a course. In the builder, add sections, then add, reorder or edit lessons. Save your changes and preview the learner experience. Resolve the readiness messages before publishing. Publishing gives assigned learners access; a separate active offer makes the course available for sale.
Link to this answerThe course builder supports YouTube, formatted text, images, audio, downloadable resources, supported embeds and simple quizzes. Use Secure Content for private PDF and image lessons. Export presentations as PDF; compress or split files larger than the upload limit shown in the builder. Advanced timed assessments belong in QuizLexa.
Link to this answerChoose a course in Products, then configure its protected lessons and download permissions in the builder. Private PDF and image uploads accept up to 3 MB per file. Learners need valid access to view protected content. Watermarks and browser deterrents discourage sharing; they cannot prevent every screenshot or extraction of content already delivered.
Link to this answerUse the builder's save control and wait for its success message before leaving. If a save fails, keep the page open and retry after checking your connection. Preview lets you review the learner layout without assigning yourself as a learner or changing learner progress. If prompted about unsaved changes, stay on the page to save your work.
Link to this answerOpen Products → QuizLexa and create a test. Set its rules, then add questions or choose CSV import. Download the sample from the import screen, keep its column names and preview your file. Correct the reported row errors and check duplicates before importing. Review the publish-readiness checklist and preview the test before publishing.
Link to this answerOpen Learners to invite by email or import a learner CSV. Review the preview and errors before submitting. You can organize learners into batches and assign learning products to eligible members. An invitation joins the academy; product access must also be purchased or assigned. Use the learner's existing account email when possible.
Link to this answerChoose the course in Products, open its builder and select Learning operations. Review submissions, record grades and feedback, and manage resubmissions there. For live lessons, save the meeting link, date and timezone, then record actual attendance. Use an external meeting provider for the class itself.
Link to this answerOpen Certificates to manage the certificate settings available for your courses and tests. Start with the default template and customize its fields. Learners must meet the actual completion or passing requirements before a certificate can be issued. Use the issued record and verification link as the source of truth; authorized staff can revoke a certificate when needed.
Link to this answerAcademy owners can update the academy name, logo and colour in Settings. Open Landing page to edit the academy introduction and preview it before publishing. Buyer support details and store policies are managed in Sales. Some settings require the academy owner or admin role.

Ask your academy for its approved configuration and tested Windows Safe Exam Browser version. Open that configuration, sign in to the same account and return to the existing attempt. A normal browser cannot start or continue a required test. If configuration verification fails, contact your supervisor; saved answers are retained, but the timer keeps running unless an authorized pause was saved. Tests without this requirement work in your ordinary browser. NeoExamShield is not integrated.
Link to this answerChoose the correct academy, then open My courses or My tests. Access may come from a verified purchase or an assignment from your trainer. Joining an academy alone does not unlock paid products. If something is missing, check the account email and academy before contacting academy support.
Link to this answerOpen My courses and choose the course's continue or resume action. Use the curriculum and Previous/Next controls to move between lessons. Mark eligible lessons complete when finished. Assignment completion depends on grading, and live-class completion depends on recorded attendance. Wait for save confirmation before closing a lesson.
Link to this answerOpen the assignment or live lesson in your course. For assignments, follow the instructions, write a response and optionally attach up to three PDF or image files, each up to 3 MB. Submit when ready and check your trainer's feedback before resubmitting. For a live class, check its displayed time and use the meeting link; your trainer records attendance.
Link to this answerRead the instructions, time limit, attempt allowance and marking rules in the test lobby. The timer starts when you begin the questions. Use the question palette to navigate and mark questions for review. Check the autosave status and unanswered count before submitting. If your connection fails, return to the same attempt and follow the recovery message.
Link to this answerOpen Results & reports after submitting a test to review the recorded score and available topic breakdown. Question solutions are shown only when your trainer enables them. Check the result of the correct attempt; a course's simple lesson quiz is separate from a QuizLexa assessment.
Link to this answerYour trainer must enable certificates for the product. Complete all required course lessons or meet the test's passing requirements, then use the available certificate action. Find issued certificates in Certificates and share their verification link. A revoked certificate is no longer valid, even if an older downloaded copy still exists.

Lexa Guide searches these approved help articles and opens the relevant pages for your selected role. It makes no AI calls, reads no private academy records and cannot answer test questions. Use the Learner or Trainer filters to find the right next step. Access is checked again at each destination.
Link to this answerUse the email associated with your invitation or purchase. Use Google if it is available, or sign in with your email and password. If you forgot your password, request a reset link and use the newest email. If verification is requested, complete that step before opening the workspace. Never share a password or a verification link with support.
Link to this answerOpen your profile menu and choose Switch view. You only receive the roles assigned to your account. In the learner area, use Switch academy to change the academy you are learning with. Switching views or academies does not purchase a product or grant additional permissions.
Link to this answerThe available controls depend on your role and the academy's enabled features. Owners manage commercial settings; instructors manage permitted teaching workflows; support staff and learners have their own views. Ask your academy owner to review your role if you believe access is missing. Help links do not bypass those permissions.
Link to this answerUnderstand purchases and reach the right team.
Open the academy's store, check the product's inclusions, attempts and access period, then add eligible products to its cart. Review the final amount on checkout before paying. Access is granted after payment is verified. Purchases and receipts belong to the academy selling the product; they are separate from a trainer's WowMindz subscription.
Link to this answerDo not pay again only because verification timed out. Open Purchases and use the available status check or recovery action. If your bank shows a debit but access is still missing, contact the academy with the order reference. A cancelled checkout can still receive a late payment, so confirm its recorded status first.
Link to this answerOpen Purchases and choose the relevant order to view the available receipt or invoice. Refund requests go to the academy, following its published policy. Include the order reference and a clear description. The academy reviews the request; sending a request does not guarantee approval.
Link to this answerAn academy owner connects the academy's Razorpay account in Sales, following the payment setup guide. Learners pay through that connected account. Create and activate the product's offer to put it on sale. Your Plan manages the academy's WowMindz subscription separately. Keep API secrets out of screenshots, support messages and public documents.
Link to this answerFor lessons, tests, access, purchases or refunds, learners should contact the relevant academy. Trainers manage those requests in Learner support. For a trainer account, platform subscription or platform-wide technical issue, contact WowMindz help. Include the page, the error message and the steps to reproduce it, without passwords or payment secrets.
